A. Review of any submitted plats received from the MPC for review, approval, and or the authorization of No Objection Letters from the Bossier Levee District.

B. Operations Coordinator, Mark Long to discuss a quote of $10,056.00 received from Volkert, Inc. to submit a permit to the railroad and for the design of two gap closures in the Red River Levee at railroad crossings
C. Mark Long to seek approval to obtain bids for levee surfacing on Red Chute Bayou Levee Levee from Hwy 80 to the State Levee at an estimated amount of $1,736,634.84.
D. The BLD’s audio equipment has been repaired, and solicitations for video equipment is no longer needed at this time due to HB 615 having stalled in the Senate Committee on Senate and Governmental Affairs.
E. To adopt the CURRENT/SAME Millage rate of 3.77 mills for the 2026 year and the passage of the resolution – NO ROLL FORWARD. (Tax roll is $986,175,736 which would produce approximately $3,717,313 in tax revenue. (*FYI: 2025 tax roll was $945,266,072 and was predicted to produce an estimated $3,563,224.)
