VI. REQUESTS BY VISITORS
A. Mr. Dustin Hendrick with Southern Pool Company has submitted a permit on behalf of homeowner, Ms. Tiffany Givens for proposed work for pool construction at 165 Lakewood Point Drive. The structure will be 40 foot by 25 foot built by using rebar, Gunite, and plaster. A 5’ section of the concrete decking will potentially protrude into the BLD Control Area near Willow Chute Bayou. (PERMIT #2026-17)
B. Coyle Engineering Co., Inc. on behalf of the City of Bossier City are requesting a permit to allow construction at the Wemple Road and Old Brownlee Road Intersection that will extend storm drainage pipes underneath Wemple Road to accommodate the widening of Wemple Road and walking trail and encroach into the BLD Control Area of Benoit Bayou. (PERMIT #2026-18)

A. Review of any submitted plats received from the MPC for review, approval, and or the authorization of No Objection Letters from the Bossier Levee District.
B. To discuss the Professional Services Agreement received from Freeze and Nichols, Inc. to include work on Red Chute Levee Mitigation – Study Phase, in the amount of $149,900.00, and adoption of a resolution for the BLD President, Mr. Tim Larkin to sign on behalf of the Bossier Levee District, if approved.
