A. Mr. Ryan Estess with Raley & Associates, Inc. on behalf of their client Mr. Daniel Nobles is requesting a permit for approval to encroach into the outer 60’ of the Bossier Levee District Board Control Area on Willow Chute Bayou.
**The BLD previously approved a permit request for an encroachment permit for the proposed construction of a building within the Bossier Levee District’s Control Area located north of the entrance to the Tiburon Subdivision on Swan Lake Road. (PERMIT #2025 – 14)
B. Kurt Nixon with Nixon Engineering Solutions on behalf of their client Ensight Management, LLC is seeking permission for an after-fact encroachment for a well pad for the existing Wiggins 27H well near Red Chute Bayou. (PERMIT #2025-25)
