A. Comcast has submitted a permit proposing to place a new fiber within the Bossier Levee District’s Lateral B-1 Control Area. Comcast is requesting to place up to (3) 2” conduits along the south side of the of the Lateral B-1 area near Customer fences with access along their property lines. (PERMIT #2024 - 12)

2. Guidry Land Development: SHED ROAD VILLAS – Applicant is requesting approval of a PROPOSED 43 acre planned unit development for multi-family townhomes to be developed. (Generally located at Assessment No. 134673, B.C. 71111, East of Dollar General Stockwell Road. 62 buildings)
B. Mark Long on behalf of the BLD is seeking approval for levee surfacing on the Red River Levee between levee station 460 + 50 to 520 + 70 and from station 568 + 50 to 634 + 90, approximately 12,660 linear feet at an estimated cost of $250,000.00.
