9:00 a.m. – 9:10 a.m. Review of plat(s) received from the MPC for approval from the BLD.

9:10 a.m. – 9:25 a.m. Lacy and Jade Andrews, homeowners who recently purchased their residence at 974 Maize Street located in the Cypress Bend Garden District, Unit No. 4, have requested a permit for an existing fence that runs across the back of the property as well as the proposed installation of a Tuff Shed Storage Building all within the Levee Board’s Control Area along Willow Chute Bayou. (PERMIT # 2023 – 17)
9:25 a.m. – 9:35 a.m. Discussion regarding any updates on the NFIP Red River Levee Risk Assessment with the USACE. (Tim Larkin recently mailed out a letter)
9:35 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. Review the request for Right of Way for surveying and construction, Red River Basin, Bossier Parish; P.L. 84 – 99 Red Chute Bayou Bank Stabilization, RM 199 – 59, Sites 1 – 9 submitted by the U.S. Army CORPS of Engineers, Vicksburg District. Once reviewed and if approved the BLD / Board should furnish requested right of way by letter, resolution, and the attached executed AFE (Authorization for Entry, to be signed by President, Tim Larkin).
9:45 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. President Tim Larkin to discuss and execute a Resolution authorizing the BLD to submit the pre-application to Statewide Flood Control Program for assistance in the implementation of the program for the Red River Levee Flood Abatement Project.
