VI. REQUESTS BY VISITORS
A. Ryan Estess with Raley & Associates re-submitted a permit request on behalf of their client John Harvey Subaru to allow for the expansion of the current parking lot that would encroach into the District’s control area on Benoit Bayou Lateral #2. (PERMIT #2022 – 35)
B. Coyle Engineering on behalf of AEP – SWEPCO is requesting approval for a 6-inch bore under Willow Chute Bayou and the installation of power poles all within the Levee District’s Control Area for service to the proposed Willow Heights Subdivision, Unit #3. (PERMIT #2022 – 40)
C. AEP - SWEPCO is seeking approval for the installation of underground electrical lines to provide residential service to the surrounding 4931 Swan Lake Road area possibly encroaching the control area on Jessie Jones Ditch. (PERMIT #2022 – 41)
