8:50 a.m. – 9:10 a.m. Mark Long to give update on the continued progress of the Red Chute Levee Widening Project with Testament Construction Services, LLC.
9:10 a.m. – 9:20 a.m. Continued discussions regarding the Red River Levee Raise 408 Permit status.
9:20 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Discuss the quote received in the amount of $77,160.00 from F.J. Burnell, Inc. to raise two pump stations along the Red Chute Bayou Levee near Louisiana Downs.
9:30 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. Micha Duffy with Coyle Engineering Co., Inc. has re-submitted a permit request on behalf of TPBC, LLC to construct a berm inside the easement of Mack’s Bayou adjacent to the Estates at the Preserve, Units 2 & 3 and the Retreat at the Preserve, Unit #7 in the first 50-ft closest to the rear of the lots. Also, a swale will be constructed between the lot line and the berm to allow for proper drainage, as previously stated in original request. PERMIT #2021 - 26
9:45 a.m. – 10:00 a.m Kurt Nixon with Nixon Engineering Solutions on behalf of their client the Bossier Property Group, LLC are requesting the review and approval of the construction of a detention pond and a corresponding outfall structure in the outside 50’ of the levee board easement on Benoit Bayou.
