C. To discuss the current status of the Lease Agreement with SEMI – Sunbelt Equipment Marketing, Inc., to retain or return the four IC-50 Crawler Carriers that were utilized for the Red Chute Bayou Flood Fight. (Estimated cost per month = $18,000.00)

Mark Long to present a request for permit from Land & Aquatic Resource Management on behalf of the Bossier Parish Police Jury in corporation with FEMA to request authorization to replace the bridge that previously provided access across Flat River along Kelli Road that was damaged during the March 2016 flood. (PERMIT #2019-01)
B. Mark Long to present a second request for permit from Land & Aquatic Resource Management on behalf of the Bossier Parish Police Jury to replace the bridge that previously provided access across Flat River along Swan Lake Road that was also damaged during the March 2016 flood. (PERMIT #2019-02)
C. Michan Holbrook with Coyle Engineering seeking approval of the revisions made to the Estates at The Preserve - Unit No 1 Plat.
D. Discuss Oak Alley Unit 5e Plat from Mohr and Associates, Inc. for approval.
E. Mark Long to discuss the Herndon Ditch Repair Project.
F. Discussion of the Procedural Authorization for Plats.
G. Review of the 2019-2020 Proposed Budget – this budget will be adopted at the March meeting after it has been reviewed by the finance committee.

Letter from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announcing the 2019 inspection of the Bossier Levee on February 19 - 20, 2019 and the upcoming Red Chute Levee inspection on June 10 -14, 2019, and resolution authorizing the BLD to provide lunch during this time for employees, commissioners, Corps employees and DOTD employees.
