A. Discussion on BHP request EGP 25 Lateral Gas Pipeline on Red River Levee.
B. Resolution approving contract with Tom Arceneaux, as Counsel from January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017 at a monthly fee of $1500.00 plus, out of pocket expenses in accordance with the regulations issued by the Division of Administration. Travel time, at the direction and for the convenience of the District, is billable as services if done during normal working hours and if it does not cause service charges for the day to exceed eight hours.
