Micha Duffy, Project Engineer with Coyle Engineering on behalf of the Bossier Parish Police Jury has submitted a permit request with updated plans for the Black Cypress Development Roadway Improvement Project that includes the widening of Fairburn Avenue at Kingston Road and a gravity sewer installation within the Bossier Levee District Control Area.
